About CPC

Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Primary Care (CPC) is a professional membership association for the following:

CPC is a Member Organisation of the Psychotherapeutic Counselling Section of UKCP. CPC Registered Members are eligible to apply for UKCP Registration as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor - if you are interested in recieving details about UKCP Registration please email katyrose@cpc-online.co.uk or telephone the CPC office (01243 870701)

CPC is a self-regulating membership association; the names of individual members who reach the required standards for membership criteria are entered on a Register of Members.

The aims of the Association are to represent counsellors and psychotherapists working in an NHS setting and to lead the way in establishing national standards and guidelines for further development of professional and effective counselling throughout the NHS.

We also have a section dedicated to our Staff & Directors.
